As overpriced as you can get. $300 for two on a Friday morning. No amenities.
For that price minimum requirements are: every cart needs 4 cold bottles of water, digital displays in each cart, an easily accessible place to get food at the turn, staff to clean your clubs at the end of your round, immaculate course maintenance.
What do they have? Different style seats in the carts, the course designers name and at best mediocre course maintenance.
Don't waste your money, go to your local municipal course it'll be a far better round of golf.
My favorite course in Massachusetts and probably one of my favorite courses ever. What I like most about this course is how much each hole forces you to think through every shot. The course is brilliantly designed to give the player many different options and there are no easy or straightforward shots. I think my favorite might be the par 5 17th (first pic), which makes you split a narrow gap off the tee if you’re trying to get home in two. The small undulating greens and narrow fairways make this course a challenge as it definitely feels like a US Open Qualifier.
The Safari Club of Golf enjoyed another spectacular day at one of our longtime favorite golf courses earlier this 2021 season back on May 12. It's been four years since my last review so I thought it high time to bring things current.
This was the 12th year in a row we took this opportunity to have one of the best golf courses and finest golfing facilities located anywhere throughout the entire northeast at our organizations full disposal.
Over 120 members and friends took full advantage of this opportunity and were even more impressed with everything at Crumpin Fox this year than they were ever before.
The continued changes and efforts to improve the golf course and facilities from what we previously thought couldn't possibly be improved upon becomes more apparent each year. Making one feel like we have a replica of sorts to Augusta itself.
I'm a little late in getting to this review up. But better late than never, as they like to say. I'm going to encourage our members to get their feelings about this fabulous layout and facilities known as well.
Beautiful course and very friendly staff. Played during a member-only time, but the staff made guests feel right at home. October rounds are the best up here because of the foliage
This course is in great shape. The greens are fast and true. Driving range offered free range balls and the restaurant has delicious food. Definitely recommend to friends and family.
Beautiful course and in great condition. The greens are fast but fair. They hold the ball well and roll consistently. Would be a tough course to walk but a great course overall.
Great place all around... prestine golfing conditions... exceptional staff... highly recommend it.
I must have ran over a screw on my way in and got a flat as a result... I had a repair kit, took of the wheel, plugged it and the General Manager himself brought over his personal vehicle, had an air pump, filled my tire and I was on my way... Really great people... TY
The Safari Club played this course on May 12th. As always, our group was treated to a special golf course that seems to improve every year. The hard work down the past few years with tree cutting had a dramatic effect on the course conditions. I played the course this fall and was very impressed with the greens. The foliage was beautiful, and the large deck over looking the 18th hole adds a nice finishing touch to the day.
